About the author

Marc J. Dollinger is professor of business administration in the Management Department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. He received his M.B.A. and Ph.D. from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania and his B.A. in history from the University of Buffalo. Professor Dollinger teaches undergraduate and M.B.A. entrepreneurship and strategy courses at both the Kelley School and the Kelley Direct Online program. He also designs, develops, and conducts workshops for many small business groups, most recently the Asian Pacific Management Development Consortium, ALCOA-CSI, and Otis Elevator North American Operations.
